2. Secure Payments

Imported Foods Co (Shyam Communication). does not store your complete credit card, debit card, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

3. Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization, except for eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS, where applicable.

4. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails:

Please verify your payment details and try again.
If the amount has been debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed by your bank or payment provider within their standard processing time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for selected locations and eligible order values.

Imported Foods Co (Shyam Communication). reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or customers based on operational or risk considerations.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, Imported Foods Co (Shyam Communication). reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.

7. Taxes

Applicable GST and other taxes, where required, are calculated in accordance with applicable Indian laws and will be displayed during checkout.

A GST invoice will be provided for eligible orders.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.
